Jiangliu Expressway is an important part of the expressway network – Shanghai to Xi’an Expressway (and Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway), connecting Nanjing, Yangzhou, Taizhou and Nantong, as well as Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Ningtong Expressway and Yantong Expressway. After the highway and Sutong Bridge and the Taizhou Bridge and Chongqi Bridge under construction, the expressway will become another important channel for communication between Jiangsu and China in the Jiangbei area of Yangzhou. It is divided into 3 sections.
